Flo is the rare clinician who is not only well versed in all things musculoskeletal thanks to his training as a physio in France, but he’s hands on and does more as a trainer than just design programs and show you how to work out. Flo is an authority who understands the fundamentals of gymnastic movements and Olympic lifting among other sports which demand levels of mobility that go beyond standard sports/workout routines.

Fantastic rehab. Last year I slipped a disc in my back playing sports and they guided me through the entire rehab process - from initially stopping the pain and unfreezing my back, to safely treating the injury and training my back so that it is stronger than ever.
I can't say enough positive things about this gym. They usually run promotions so potential new members can try the gym for free. If you're thinking about it, do it!

I cannot recommend this gym more highly. Flo has been an incredible asset to my training and rehabilitation. His knowledge is really second to none and he has improved my perspective on health, training, and longevity immeasurably. I will continue to work with Flo as long as he will have me and I would encourage anyone that is considering trying his gym to do the same without hesitation.
